Principle Civil Engineer, Bristol / Cardiff / Swansea c.GBP 55k p.a.

We are looking for a commercially astute Senior Infrastructure
Engineer to work closely with the Production Director.

Responsibility for managing all aspects of projects. Ideally have a
track record involving Flood Risk Assessments, Infrastructure
Masterplanning, Integrated Transport Solutions and Infrastructure
Design Development (roads, drainage, utilities, building regulation
approvals etc.).

Experience of delivering Environmental Impact Assessments would be a
bonus. Track record of motivating and leading professional teams would
be beneficial.
Core skills include excellent Infrastructure Project Engineering
featuring:
scheme design
detailed design fee bids preparation
contract administration
project cost control
Project Management and Co-ordination
Man management of direct reports, teams, clients and suppliers

Experience
Over 7 years experience in infrastructure engineering design.
Ideally (but not restricted to*) a social housing / private
development background with a close working relationship involving
Contractors, RSLs, Employers Agents, Architects, Local Authorities,
M&E and all relevant suppliers
* This is our preference but we are open to considering Senior
Engineers who’ve focused in other construction markets (e.g. retail,
leisure, commercial, healthcare, education etc.)
Qualifications • Either Chartered or in the course of achieving
Chartered
status
