Rate: $70-75 per hour



Experienced or Senior PROJECT MANAGER

Assist in the project management activities of health care technology
Implementations. These "repeatable implementations" will encompass a
broad range of functional activities (including Nursing, Pharmacy, IT,
and Biomedical Engineering).

Candidate will be responsible for managing implementations across all
functions in both the client and the end customer.

Responsibilities include:
* Assign resources and assist in ensuring that all resources are
obtained
* Coach and assist the local sales team and the customer through the
implementation process
* Tailor and help refine template project management deliverables and
implementation approaches to specific customer implementations
* Manage and measure implementation progress and work to ensure timely
and successful customer implementations
* Coordinate and assist in resolving issues and risks which arise
during implementations
* Facilitate completion and/or assist in development of implementation
and support deliverables
* Coordinate project logistics
* Provide ongoing project communications per defined communications
plans , including leading customer kick-off meetings

Skill set includes:

* Experienced or senior Level PM ; minimum of 5 years of project
management experience
* Knowledge and application of PMBOK principles
* PMP or equivalent experience preferred
* "Big 6" consulting or equivalent customer facing experience
preferred
* Demonstrated ability to lead medium to large projects

* Strong detail orientation , multi-tasking, and decision making skills

* Outstanding customer facing, inter-personnel communication,
relationship building and teamwork skills THIS SKILLSET IS MANDATORY

* Strong technical background / understanding and ability to learn new
technology quickly
* Ability to deliver under tight deadlines and prefers fast paced
environment
* Customer satisfaction, result driven and self starting individual

* Candidate must be open to domestic travel - approximately 35%
