Mandatory:
* Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills;
* Practical experience in application of PMBOK based Project
Management practices and methodologies, including preparation of
detailed project management plans; executing, monitoring and
controlling project management plans;
* Experience in identifying, resolving project conflicts related to
cost, schedule, quality, resources, etc.;
* Experience in the use of Project Management software, tools and
templates;
* Ability to work independently, taking direction from ministry
project managers on all aspects of scope and deliverables;
* A team player with a track record for meeting strict deadlines.

Desirables:
* Knowledge of document image processing, including workflow
management practices and methods;
* Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills;
* Experience in determining and defining business metrics for
measurement of successful achievement of business goals;
* Knowledge of and experience with the development of business cases
and public sector procurement documents.

Responsibilities:
* Working with the Project Manager, develop and maintain detailed
project management documents (Integrated Project Plan, WBS,
Test Strategy, Implementation Plan, Issues, Risk, Change and
Quality Management Plans);
* Coordinate execution of project management plans;
* Liaise with external vendor uring design/construction/testing of
application;
* Develop training plans and liaise with Training Coordinate Team for
delivery of custom training;
* Determine and gather metrics to measure successful implementation of
new processes;
* Provide skills / knowledge transfer to appropriate Client staff.
