Description:
The Opportunity

We are seeking two Quality Assurance Engineers to join our QA staff for the
verification of our online applications, product components, and API’s. You
will have the opportunity to contribute on a wide variety of initiatives,
and you will play an active role within a dynamic engineering team. Duties
include assisting with automation, performing manual and automated testing,
running regression tests, writing test cases, and other test documents, and
tracking and analyzing test results. Candidates This QA Engineer must be
detail focused, well-organized, and able to manage multiple projects, with
strong verbal and written communications skills and a good customer service
orientation.

Required skills:
BS or advanced degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or
related technical field.

2+ years of experience in software QA using a variety of tools and
techniques

Knowledge of standard QA process and procedures, test tools and
methodologies, and product life cycle.

Working knowledge of Perl, HTML, XML, XSLT, Linux, Apache, SQL, Oracle, and
related technologies.

Experience developing test cases from business requirements and functional
specifications.

Experience developing test scripts for the online environment within a Perl
framework.

Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment.

Proactive approach to learning new skills and gaining the appropriate
knowledge necessary to be successful at this position.


Desired skills:
Experience creating and executing complicated product path test plans.

Experience developing test scripts for the online environment within a Perl
framework.

Experience with Directory Assistance, Marketing List, or similar data
(names, phone numbers, addresses, demographic profiles, etc).
