Scope of work/responsibilities:

We are seeking two Recruiters to join our boutique recruitment services
firm. At BeyondTech Solutions, we are "making recruitment simple". Our work

individuals! You are driven and effective in acquiring new skills and
knowledge on demand, identifying performers for top employers, and managing
multiple priorities. You excel naturally when comes to sourcing and
networking with candidates; spotting their core attributes & capabilities;
and working together to generate successful placements.

Required skills/qualifications:

You will be responsible for marketing/positioning our job requirements and
sourcing candidates using technique and finesse. You are a perceptive
individual who practices open, direct communication and have commendable
time management skills. Setting your performance targets and rewards excite
you and you rise to the challenge. You are instinctively proactive and
innovative when it comes to finding the best candidates in the marketplace
and getting results. You will have a degree or diploma in Business, Sales &
Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or related discipline; be proficient with MS
Office (i.e. Outlook, Word, & Excel); and can type 35+ wpm. With your alert
sense of urgency and solid work ethic, you seek opportunities to chart your
career path and contribute to our company's growth and success.
