TITLE: Genesys Specialist
LOCATION: Plano, TX.
TYPE: 3+ months with strong possibility of extension.

offering a portfolio of services to companies that include process
consulting and outsourcing; application consulting and outsourcing and
infrastructure services. As a potential consultant or an employee you
are guaranteed to work with the newest and most exciting technologies
and services.
ROLE:
* Migrating the Tulsa helpdesk to the leveraged BPO platform.
* Design, Code, Test, Deploy Genesys Interactive Voice
* Response applications with Java JSP.
* Mainly DTMF & Text to Speech apps with potential for some Speech
recognition apps in future.
Required Skills:
* Experience in Genesys IVR, Java JSP, and SQL
* Experience in design, Code, Test, Deploy Genesys Interactive Voice
Response applications with Java JSP
* Must have experience mainly in DTMF & Text to Speech apps with
potential for some Speech recongintion apps in future.
