SAP Application Specialist- Human Resources

looking for the right person to join the SAP Team in the role of leading all
functionality in the area of Operations. This would cover Human Capital
Management (HCM), Organization Management (OM), Personnel Administration
(PA), Recruitment (RC) and Benefits (HRBEN) The primary function of this
person is to support the companies SAP Software to complete bringing the
final companies live onto SAP, to provide solutions to meet business needs
of our field operations, and to ensure ongoing improvement is realized.
Specialist will work to implement necessary changes to software
configuration, drive improvements to the module and test and implement
developmental modifications.

This person will work with various members of the SAP Team and key
individuals in Support Departments to ensure success. Depending on
experience, responsibility may include the direct management of a team
within the SAP department. This is a highly challenging position within the
Information System Department.

*College degree with 3 years of progressive management experience in human
resources or a related field, with construction industry experience highly
desirable
*Good end user computer skills, including hands-on experience with
computerized human resource (or related field) systems, as well as an
understanding of relational data concepts, are required.
*Ability to relate business process flows to detail functionality
requirements and software system capabilities also required.

*Experience with SAP in the following modules: OM, PA, RC, HRBEN.
*Knowledge of database principles and methodologies.
*Knowledge of programming language(s) is a plus.
