Home Base or Off Site Office set up. / Base salary, bonus, car &
expenses

Divisional arm of multi billion dollar company manufacturers a variety
of commercial and residential building products-steep slope roofing,
adhesives, waterproofings and coatings.

Duties:
Will manage and develop key accounts, distributors and independent
reps-Sales, Service and PR
Develop new markets for existing products for high end building
products customers
Sell through developers, contractors and architects who build big
ticket homes.
Integrate new product introduction and training with distributors, reps
and contractors.
Will visit new construction sites to gather product spec requirements.
Will interact with manufacturing and customer service.
Assist with trade show presentations.

Musts:
4 year degree preferred
3-10 years of various residential building products experience:
decorative, steep slope roofing such as tile or slate products.
Large project experience, high end product experience.
Experience with developers, architects, distributors, contractors and
reps.
Marketing and sales planning.
