Description:
Utilize strong problem-solving skills. Assist production department in
day-to-day document root and data maintenance. Candidate must be very
knowledgeable in usage of UNIX shell, and be partially responsible for
document root permissions, and links. Ensure timely completion of all
deliverables, specifications, review, spec approvals, and code acceptance
tests. Identify areas for process improvements on an ongoing basis. Be
capable of taking the lead on projects.

3+ years of software development experience using PERL, Apache/mod Perl,
Java Script, HTML, and DBI connectivity to Oracle 8i/9i and MySQL databases
in a Linux/Solaris environment. 3+ years experience with all of the
following: Web technology development, standard protocols such as LWP, SSH,
and FTP. Apache (general configuration and tuning), optimizing SQL
statements, strong implementation capabilities for application software
development projects. Strong verbal and written skills
