Sap Basis Adminstrator

REQUIRED: At least 3 years of SAP BASIS administration and SAP
security activities on the enterprise SAP Business Suite system.
Experience with ECC, CRM, BI, EP and Solution Manager.

DUTIES: This is an exceptional opportunity to no longer be a small
fish in a big pond! The opportunity exists to be to "go-to" person,
the architect, the program manager, the Subject Matter Expert for a
ground floor SAP R/3 implementation. You will: (1) Install, configure,
and administer SAP servers and application servers for all Release
environments. System includes ECC, CRM, BI and EP in a DEV, QAS and
PRD environment. (2) Export and import transports to all system
landscapes. Must ensure that transports are completed as requested and
troubleshoot any issues that arise. (3) Perform SAP application
upgrades, kernel updates and patches as needed. (4) SAP user and
security management including creating, modifying and deleting users,
roles, and profiles per requirements. Review and evaluate access and
privileges as per schedule. (5) Administer/troubleshoot SAP logs, file
usage, jobs, locks, and updates. (6) As needed, build ABAP programs to
support business needs and requirements. (7) RFC/ALE configuration/
administration/maintenance. ( Configure SAP printers and maintain
spool system. (9) Open notes and messages with SAP Support as needed.
Maintain Solution Manager router connection with SAP Premium Support.
(10) Mentor existing IT staff on basic BASIS support practices. Cross-
train and document processes on routine schedule to ensure transfer of
knowledge.
