Seeking recruiter to partner/share resources

I am seeking either another independent recruiter (or two) or a
corporate recruiter, seeking to strike out on his/her own, to establish
a partnership where we can pool resources, exchange ideas and
collaborate for the benefit of mutual growth. The partnership can be
limited to simply chipping in for resources (i.e. job boards, resume
databases) or more involved - I am flexible and open to ideas.

My story:- I reside in NY and I work as an independent contractor,
recruiting technology (and other) professionals for leading brokerage
firms (I cover other industries, as well, including accounting and law
firms); I am affiliated with a recruiting agency that obtains a large
percentage of my commision in return for the use of their resources
(i.e. resume databases). It has been a very successful venture for me,
thus far, but I believe that it could be even more lucrative and
gratifying, were I to collaborate with someone else, on an equal
footing. This would entail a small initial investment from both/all
parties for the resume databases which should pay for itself,
