The Responsibilities:
• Strong experience with Java/J2EE software development, including:
EJB 3.0, Hybernate, XDoclet, XML/XSL, Servlets, JSP, JMS, JUnit,
Eclipse;
• Strong experience with JBoss Application Server;
• Strong experience in MySQL Database;
• Excellent working knowledge of Linux;
• Excellent working knowledge of Web Services
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science required, minimum of 7 years work experience in
IT consulting or related business/industry
• Experience in modelling, documenting, designing, and implementing
billing systems and/or billing system enhancements
• Expert written and spoken English communication skills
• Functional experience and technical knowledge of large scale
customer billing applications
• Ability to work with all levels of employees, including executives
• Ability to create and maintain business requirements and process
flows
• Ability to manage work assigned so that "impactful" issues are
identified, understood, and dealt with in a manner that mitigates risk
to the project
• Ability to work well in a matrix organization that is extremely fast
paced
• Candidate must be flexible to aid in requirements gathering for a
number of efforts simultaneously, driving issue resolution, or other
tasks to get the project in on time, per scope and on budget
