Senior PHP Programmer / Developer

Our St. John's Newfoundland government client is curently seeking a
Senior php web developer for this two (2) year contract opportunity.
Candidates must have a minimum 4+ years exerience with php and lot's
of web development experience.

Must Have:
- More than 4 years of experience as a Programmer Analyst
- Minimum of 4 years programming in php
- Minimum of 4 years web development

Responsibilities could include but are not limited to:
- Participates on project teams of large scale projects
- Assists in various phases of the development and implementation of
small to mid scale information systems including the preparation and
development of system requirements
- Performs development and maintenance programming for new and
existing applications
- Assists with the implementation and secure integration of
applications
- Prepares test plans and tests applications
- Liaises with users to determine appropriate solutions
- Develops documentation and communication plans
