· In depth knowledge of Siebel eClinical 7.5
· Knowledge of relational databases.
· Strong knowledge of the Windows environment
· Excellent communication skills
· Fluent in English (spoken and written)
· Stress-resistant
· Very customer focused
· Previous Helpdesk experience
· Previous experience working with a Clinical Trial Management
System (e.g.. Siebel eClinical, Impact, etc)
