Lead, Software Implementation - Configuration

Qualifications for Success:

* Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience *
6+ years of project experience configuring, customizing, integrating
and implementing high profile, large scale, enterprise ERP/CRM
packages, or business rules engines * Demonstrated ability to
translate business requirements/entities into business rules and
relationships through data abstraction and object classification *
Experience with XML, XML parsers, XSL and API implementations; service
oriented integration with web services (WSDL, SOAP) * Experience with
OO Analysis and Design; Inheritance * Rule design, workflow analysis
Business Process Management and Business Rules Management platforms *
Excellent analytical, interpersonal, presentation and customer
relationship skills * Applied experience in user interface design and
development

Ideal Qualifications:

* 2+ yrs of experience with a top tier consulting firm, or equivalent
experience * 2+ yrs of experience implementing and configuring; ERP,
CRM or Business Rules Engines * Ability to work with a variety of
individuals and groups from both business and IT stakeholders,
including JAD facilitation experience * Implementation experience with
Comergent, Sterling C3 (Selling, Fulfillment) or Yantra *
Implementation experience with Java/J2EE, Web programming; including
the utilization of HTML/DHTML & other client-side technologies * Hands-
on data modeling, database design and implementation experience with
Oracle, Teradata, SQL Server, Informix, Sybase, or DB2 * Working
knowledge of Offer/Order Management processes and Industry experience
in telecommunications (BSS, eTOM), Cable/Satellite, or E-commerce
(Retail)
