Requirements
• Responsible for giving input regarding implementation to
thesolutions teams for inclusion in their scope;
• Create release plans for each solution as it integrates
withdeliverables;
• Responsible for integration of release plans; weekly status
reports,issues, and risks
• Establish a support and sustainment framework for solutions• Assess
current costing and funding commitments, and identify gapsand issues
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and management to
definerelevant adoption and changeManagement strategies and obtain
agreement onexecution priorities and actions;
• Develop and implement Change Management, Training and Adoption
Plansto supportIntegrated change in the projects,
• Interface with representatives from stakeholder organizations
todevelop and implement strategies,methods and tools to support
coordinated changemanagement, knowledge management andbenefits
evaluation;
• Accountable for all field team deliverables e.g.
Preparedness,Tactical Plans, Getting Ready, Roll-out
• Deliver project management and coordination support to
initialdeployment
• Assist in the provision of tactical plans for project as
specifiedwithin agreed work plans;
• Oversee, support and coordinate, as required, the activities ofother
members of the team;
• Encourage the development of appropriate policies and criteria
tosupport adoption of solution at eachImplementation Site;
• Assist with the development of adoption strategies and plans;
• Assist in updating implementation tool-kits

Must have experience with Ontario Public Services
