Hi I am planning to start a consulting firm in India to support a financial
betting company in Netherlands, any suggestions relating to procedures and
rules to be followed to register the company as a sole Proprietorship or a
public Limited company .

Register it where?

Consult a local attorney in (insert name of country where you want to
register here). We aren't lawyers/solicitors/legal advisors. Get advice
that is at least covered by an attorneys errors&omissions insurance.
