60-70K

Our client’s security solutions serve millions of citizens across
Canada, the United States as well as numerous international locations.
They are currently seeking a dynamic and proactive Systems and
Benefits Specialist.


Responsibilities;
 Updating the Human Resources Information System (Oracle). This
entails the creation of employee files, allocation of various programs
(vacation and benefits plan) as well as database updates through
manual entries and massive updates;
 Responsible for the administration of the company’s Canadian
benefits programs as well as the CSST and short and long term
disability files;
 Create various reports, generate payroll interfaces, update the
Human Resources intranet site and participate in salary surveys and
various projects.
Qualifications;
 Diploma in Business Administration profile Human Resources or
Computer Management or equivalent;
 3 to 5 years of experience in a Human Resources Department;
 Experience with a Human Resources Information System (Oracle);
 In-depth knowledge of Excel and Word;
 Basic knowledge of PowerPoint, Access and Crystal Report;
 Very good organizational skills as well as detailed oriented;
 System implementation experience is an asset;
 Ability to multi-task;
 Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and
French.

Les solutions de sécurité de notre client desservent des millions de
citoyens à travers la planète. Ils sont présentement a la recherche
d’un(e) Spécialiste en Systèmes et Avantages Sociaux.
Responsabilités ;
 Faire la mise à jour du système informatisé de gestion des
ressources humaines (Oracle). Ce volet comprend la création de
dossiers d’employés, la coordination des régimes d’assiduité et
d’avantages sociaux de même que la mise à jour du système par des
saisies manuelles et des traitements massifs ;
 De l’administration des programmes d’avantages sociaux canadiens de
l’entreprise ainsi que des dossiers d’invalidité de courte et longue
durée et de CSST ;
 Créer divers rapports, exporter les données nécessaires à la
préparation de la paie, participer à diverses enquêtes salariales,
mettre à jour le site intranet des ressources humaines et participer à
la réalisation de différents projets.
Qualifications;
 Diplôme en administration profil ressources humaines ou en
informatique de gestion ou l’équivalent ;
 De 3 à 5 années d’expérience dans un service de ressources
humaines ;
 De l’expérience avec un système informatisé de gestion des
ressources humaines (Oracle, un atout) ;
 Une connaissance approfondie des logiciels Excel et Word ;
 Une connaissance de base des logiciels PowerPoint, Access et Crystal
Report ;
 De fortes aptitudes en organisation ;
 Souci du détail ;
 Habilté à gérer plusieurs projets simultanément ;
 Avoir vécu une implantation de système, un atout ;
 Excellente maîtrise de l’anglais et du français tant à l’oral qu’à
l’écrit.
