Description:
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious developer with strong
Perl, Linux and OO design methodology experience to join a new team working
on a wide variety of leading edge projects for a growing ISP. You will be
integrating disparate back office systems, writing scripts and customising
off-the-shelf applications (including Navision and Remedy AR) in a complex
and ever-changing technical environment.

You will need to work with different people across the business, so good
communication skills are essential, and this would suit someone ambitious,
who wants to work with new technologies and make the most of good
opportunities.

You will be joining a large, well structured department (45 developers
around the country), working on a wide variety of projects in a fast-paced
environment.

Required skills:
At least 3 years' solid technical experience developing in Perl is
essential, and ideal candidates will have SOAP API and web services
experience and an ISP and/or telecoms background. A good understanding of
Linux is also required.

Desired skills:
Sysadmin experience, Navision and Remedy AR.
