TECHNICAL PM/ TANDEM/ CONTRACT/ PHOENIX



Title: Technical Project Manager


Position: A technical project manager required to review end to end
monitoring of a payment processing system. The candidate will be required
to meet with various teams, document the configured items involved in
processing gift card payments, evaluate end to end monitoring opportunities,
and oversee the efforts required to address gaps by working with the
Enterprise Systems Management team. The candidate will also be required to
deliver problem determination procedures and work hand in hand with the
command center to ensure consistent remediation procedures. Experience with
managing similar projects required, in an operational environment.
Experience with writing operational procedures mandatory. Technical
knowledge of Tandem systems preferable but not mandatory. Candidate will
oversee a team of ~5 members. The right

Candidate will probably have had programming/ development some time in their
background.

Any Tandem experience is a plus.

Duration: 2 months, may be extended
