Skills: - BSEE or MSEE (preferred) with a focus on Semiconductor
Device Physics required.
- 3-5 years of experience working with semiconductor CMOS or
SOI devices.
- Familiarity with HSPICE and semiconductor processes
required.
- Strong communication and organizational skills required.


Scope: This candidate will be a member of the client's foundry
team. The position involves interfacing with wafer foundries
on process technology, design rules, and SPICE models plus
interaction with design team and foundry on technical
issues. Additional responsibilities include managing foundry
documentation and other technical information, benchmarking
process performance, and reliability analysis.
