Lead Java Server Software Engineer

Position:
The candidate, an experienced Java Server engineer and architect, will play
a key role in building the Customer Hub products. You will be involved in
all phases of development including requirements analysis, technical design,
development, and QA. The candidate must have a track record of developing
high quality, distributed and scalable solutions and products.

Responsibilities:
· Design the system components and document your technical
designs;

· Write clean maintainable product code, develop and maintain
the tests;

· Work with the product and solutions delivery teams on defining
and validating the requirements;

· Handle scoping, planning, internal and external dependencies
for the features that you own;

· Participate in the design reviews.

Requirements:
· 7+ years of Software Development experience is required along
with a minimum of 2 years of J2EE development.

· Hands on experience with EJB, JMS, JDBC, and messaging.

· Java server programming in a large system / application
environment including the practical knowledge of availability, scalability,
clustering, and performance design patterns;

· Object-Oriented Analysis and Design using Java or C++;

· Understanding of the SLDC in a software product company;

· Strong expertise with one of the leading J2EE app. Servers
(WebSphere, JBoss, WebLogic);

· Deep knowledge of one of the major database platforms;

· Practical experience with application integration, XML, and
message driven architectures;

· BS in CS or equivalent.

The following skills are a plus:
· Developing portable J2EE solutions and experience with
multiple J2EE servers;

· Experience with building CRM and/or EAI platforms and
products;

· Combination of a startup and large development organization
experience;

· Experience with multiple database platforms (Oracle, DB2, SQL
Server);

· MS in CS or equivalent.
