As part of a growing team within our clients IT organization, we are seeking an experienced Documentum developer to lead project-related design and development efforts for Documentum 5.3 web-based content management technologies, including WDK/webtop, Document App Builder, Workflow Builder, DFC, Business Objects Framework (BOF), DQL, API scripting, ERP connectors, and Java components. Our projects will involve material enhancements to existing Documentum systems, as well as entirely new implementations.

Responsibilities include:

Analyze/translate complex business needs and functional requirements into effective technical solutions.
Design, configure, customize, and test Documentum 5.3 web-based content management technology and Java-based solutions.
Participate in key design and architecture decisions on existing and new implementations.
Assist technical admins with proper management of environments and coordinate deployments.
Provide guidance and assistance as needed to other developers.

Technical Requirements:

3+ years design and development of multi-tier software applications.
2+ years designing and developing Documentum solutions.
2+ years in-depth experience developing in Java/J2EE (including JDBC, JSP Servlets, EJB, JMS).
Solid experience with Documentum 5i, WDK/Webtop, BPS, DFC, BOF, DQL, IAPI, ERP connectors.
Fluency in SQL, Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Stored Procedure/Triggers, SQL Loader and SQL optimization
Experience with Unix-based platforms, BEA Weblogic, and Siteminder are definite pluses.

Other Information:

H-1B transfer will be considered, but must have excellent verbal communication skills and at least 3 years left on the visa.

Compensation: $85,000 - $100,000
