Technical Lead - Fidus Systems

Fidus is seeking an energetic Technical Lead for our Boston field office.

As Technical Lead you will provide world class technical support to our clients both during pre-sales and implementation phases of projects. You will have an opportunity to hone your skills across multiple industries, developing products for high-speed data networking and storage systems to low cost portable electronic devices, while working directly with customers on a regular basis.

During the pre-sales phase, you will work with the Business Manager in understanding and defining customer requirements to aid in estimating project scope, schedule, and deliverables, while instilling confidence and trust through sincerity and commitment to meeting the customer’s needs. During the project execution phase, in conjunction with the Project Manager, you will provide technical leadership to multidisciplinary teams to ensure customer satisfaction and Engineering quality are never compromised.

As a leader within the Fidus Engineering team, you will be required to maintain and grow your knowledge level by tracking technology trends and advancements. You will use this to identify opportunities to help with the overall growth in the knowledge base of the Engineering team within Fidus, in an effort to better strengthen our position as a leader in Electronic Product Development
