Design Pattern, AJAX, Oracle, and eCommerce knowledge.

• Struts2/Spring Framework3.
• UI Skills – HTML/CSS/JS/JQuery
• Offshore-Onsite Co-Ordination
• Ability to negotiate technical solutions with business
representatives given system
• Ability to communicate technical information to various levels of
people
• AGILE Framework
• Any framework knowledge – ATG/WCS/Blue martini
• Unix/Linux Knowledge
• Build script knowledge
• Maven, Hudson
