YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Handle inbound calls from our client's customers
· Resolving inbound customer technical inquiries.
YOUR EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
· Flexibility to work days, evenings and weekends is required.
· Basic computer skills, including keyboarding and data entry.
· Have a positive attitude and able to work in a team setting. Ability
to listen effectively to the customer, understanding their needs and
provide excellent customer service.
