Mandatory:
``````````````
* Proven hands on experience in Data and Database Architecture in
a multi-platform environment with at least one large database migration
project, preferably from IMS to a relational database;
* Knowledge of, and experience with IT policies, procedures and
standards such as Enterprise I&IT Architecture, architecture review
process, common business mode application standards is highly
desirable;
* Extensive experience with SAS;
* Superior facilitation and planning skills (MS Project);
* Proven experience facilitating the resolution of complex
I&IT/Business issues;
* Experience with electronic service delivery system design;
* Experience with ETL tools;
* Proven architectural implementation experience in large complex
system with interfaces connecting partners and financial institutions;
* Proven experience in managing linkages and dependencies across
projects;
* Experience with microcomputer software: word processing,
spreadsheet, graphics (preferably MS Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint),
VISIO;
* Experience with tools and techniques (Oracle Designer, Erwin,
Systems Architect, Zachman Framework, Rational Rose, Structure, Unified
Process);
* Familiar with the IBM S/390 computing environments;
* Knowledge and experience with Security Authorization Facility
(SAF) and RACF.


Responsibilities:

* Produce the data model and documentation of the client
databases;
* Analyze the data content, report invalid data and on overall data
quality of the system;
* Ensure, in cooperation with the migration team, that real-time
replication to DB2 the first of the Client core databases,goes to
Production in a timely fashion as planned and participate in
performance analytics and statistics thereafter;
* Provide knowledge transfer to Client staff.
