Responsibilities include but not limited to: <br>·    
Performing all work safely and with the utmost concern for the
safety of self and other employees. <br>·    
Performing all work in compliance with environmental permits and
regulations. <br>·     Maintaining a government
approved Procurement and Property systems. <br>·    
Directing and coordinating all supply chain management
activities; supporting the development of proposals and new
business by preparing procurement strategies, materials
management plans, and pricing strategies for all goods and
subcontracted services; providing all supplier pricing to be
relied upon, labor budgets, and other proposal deliverables
required.   <br>·     Will demonstrate capability
and experience in data systems descriptions and other marketing
aids.   <br>·     Managing the personnel, and the
execution of the supply chain functions including purchasing,
expediting, subcontracting, transportation and logistics,
Property, and warehousing for all project and non-project
requirements.   <br><br><br><B>Requirements: </b><br>The
successful candidate will meet all of the following
qualifications for consideration: <br> <br>· Bachelors degree in
business, supply chain management, engineering, or other related
discipline required, or equivalent combination of education and
experience. <br>· Must have previous purchasing and/or
subcontracts experience on a government contract. <br>· 12+
years experience across the spectrum of procurement and project
materials management functions. <br>· 6+ years experience in an
industrial setting and a well-rounded knowledge of all project
functions <br>· 4+ years in supervision. <br>· Demonstrated
knowledge and application of administrative and management
principles. <br>· Previous experience with property management
and warehousing desired. <br>· Experience in a hazardous/toxic
environment preferred. <br> <br> <br>Licenses/Certifications:
<br>· CPM or APICS certificate preferred. <br> <br>Must be U.S.
or Naturalized citizen. <br> <br> <br>This position requires a
National Agency Clearance. As a condition of employment,
candidates and incumbents must favorably complete a personnel
security investigation, urinalysis testing, and must meet and
maintain personnel suitability and reliability requirements
established by Army Regulations. <br> <br>This project is
scheduled for 7-8 years and will be a direct employee with our
client. <br>Benefits include: relocation package (outside 150
mile radius), Medical/Dental/Vision, accrued paid vacation, paid
holidays, 401K with company match. Salary range: $67,000 -
