Description: Description Under the direct supervision of the Manager, Financial Operations and general direction of the Lead Maintenance Mechanic performs a variety of general maintenance and service functions associated with the upkeep of the facility and its operating equipment. Qualifications & Requirements • A high school diploma or equivalent. • Must have a combination of training and maintenance experience, 5-7 years preferred. • Must have a broad knowledge of phone and data wiring, HVAC and electrical systems, and a PC preventative maintenance program. • Must have knowledge and proficiency with the skills of electrical, carpentry, plumbing, air conditioning maintenance, and/or machine repair. • Must be proficient in windows as well as spreadsheet and word processing software. • Position is on call 24 hours a day and will be required to wear a beeper or cell phone with text messaging capabilities.. • Must be able to work overtime and on weekends as assigned. • Must have ability to lift 50 pounds.
