Description: PAbout the Position: BRThis position acts as a liaison between business and technology partners to produce technical system specifications, logical data models, capture metadata information, and bring resolution to production support issues. BRResponsibilities: BRSystems Specification: BR Use business, technology and application domain subject matter expertise to analyze and translate business requirements into technical system specifications and data specifications BR Actively participate on cross-functional teams both within Single-Family Technology and across Single- Family Mortgage Business and Operations to build rapport with internal and external customers and to elicit their business concerns and collaborate on crafting workable solutions BR Use business, technology and application domain knowledge to analyze and translate business requirements into Technical Specifications and high-level design documents for use by development and test teams. BR Capture business and technical requirements to support introduction of new features/enhancements to back-end services including acquisitions, delivery and credit pricing applications, web-based front-end services and interfaces. Use business, technology and application domain knowledge to identify impact of changes to cross-functional areas. BR Use technology and application domain knowledge to assist with the creation of technical system designs and application architectures. BR Build rapport with internal and external customers to elicit their business concerns and collaborate on crafting workable solutions. Communicate clearly and precisely in business and technical terms with assistance from more senior staff.
