Job Title- C# Web Developer
Location – St Louis, MO
Duration – 6+ months

F2F interview is required after the telephonic round but the expenses
will be paid.

I have Two spots to fill for a project at client location, it's a 6
month (likely to extend) this is for a C# Web Developer.


POSITION SUMMARY:
The main purpose of this position is to specialize in one or more
areas of new application/database development. This developer will be
responsible for analyzing, programming, documenting, debugging, and
testing applications in the development environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Dedicate the majority of time to the development of
new products/support of applications already in production.
Mentor Analysts on technical and functional aspects of
the applications.
Attend staff and departmental meetings.
Provide status updates to Supervisor and Manager.
Adhere to pre-defined programming standards set by
Application Architects.
Develop recommendations regarding further definition
of development standards and application architecture principles.
Create documentation using established PMO standards.
Perform unit testing and assists in user testing of
programming modifications.
Maintain technical knowledge through training or other
measures.
Address system problems during off hours with the
guidance from other members of the development staff as needed.
Translate high-level requirements into detailed
technical designs.
Provide technical estimates.
Lead and facilitate design sessions and code walk-
throughs.
Develop and maintain effective partnerships with
client product development and business teams in order to understand
and anticipate their needs, the business environment, other challenges
and opportunities.
Disseminate information on any problems or potential
delays.
Coordinate with multiple internal and external groups.
Perform other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
High level understanding of technologies, procedures,
and concepts within specialized area.
Strong knowledge of relational database concepts,
including interacting with databases from client applications using
stored procedures required.
Ability to read and create UML diagrams.
Ability to handle multiple tasks.
Excellent organizational skills
Great attention to detail
Foster company success through a professional
appearance, being courteous to customers and all client associates and
by having a positive attitude.

PHYSICAL ACTIVITES & REQUIREMENTS, VISUAL ACUITY, WORKING CONDITIONS
AND NOISE LEVEL
While performing the duties of this job, the employee
is required to sit, talk, hear, and use hands to finger, handle or
feel objects, tools or controls.
The physical requirements of this position are
considered to be sedentary work (Exerting up to 10 pounds of force
occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or
constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time.).
While performing the duties of this job, the employee
is required to have close vision (clear vision at 20 inches or less in
order to view a computer screen).
The noise level in the work environment is considered
moderate (business office with co-workers, copiers, shredders,
printers, etc).

MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of
education and experience required.
5+ years proven success as a web developer required.
5+ years experience and strong knowledge in C#,
ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and ASP required.
Strong knowledge of relational database concepts,
including interacting with databases from client applications using
stored procedures required.
Experience with using source control systems such as
VSS, CVS or TFS.
