months with contract to hire option.

Job Spec:

5 years of software development experience.
.. 3 years of experience as an architect/designer or technical lead with
J2EE preferably using WEBLOGIC .
.. Extensive Experience with XML, XSL and Web Services to solve
integration challenges.
.. Ability to generate UML artifacts such as Class Diagrams, Use Cases,
Sequence Diagrams, Deployment Diagrams and Activity Diagrams
.. Ability to mentor and train other developers.
.. Excellent communication skills
.. Knowledge of design patterns

Other Desired Skills: J2EE, Java, Weblogic , UML, XML, Web Services

Responsibilities include:

Design and development of software components - Java, J2EE, Weblogic .
Working with the tech leads and developers on standards and best
practices, creating prototypes and proof of concepts, providing test
scenarios for prototypes;
Strong technical and troubleshooting skills, exceptional attention to
detail and the ability to work with minimal supervision are all
required
