Major Responsibilities:
Answer and process all incoming from 9am-6pm with a 1 hour break for lunch.
Oversees all purchases and maintenance associated with general office operation including; supplies, equipment, repairs, decorating etc..
Setting up office/s and work stations as needed.
Purchase and maintenance of office inventory including furniture, fixtures, equipment, telephones, air-conditioning, heating systems, house-keeping functions, stationery and supplies.
Maintains cordial relationship with building management to ensure satisfactory services.
Responsible for miscellaneous and/or special projects designated by the Managing Director.
Greet visitors, arrange for office parties, client meeting and client gifts.
Arrange travel, including airline tickets, hotels and car rental.
Act as point person for all shipping and receiving
Provide marketing support with mass mailing and responding to calls for company collateral.


Requirements:

Skills Required:
An experienced executive assistant to provide administrative support to a senior level executive/partner in a fast paced agency environment. This individual will have a bachelor's degree or relevant years of work experience. The ideal candidate will someone who balances an analytical and common sense approach to problem solving and who brings excellent skills in critical software applications including proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. This individual will have solid customer service skills and the ability to maintain positive attitude.
