Urgent req for Routing Developer for Ohio

Location: Dublin, Ohio

Desired Start Date: ASAP

Estimated End Date: 7/24/2007

Rate : Open DOE

Description of Work:

Assess, design, code, test, and debug routing strategies. Candidate
will need to assist in removal of old Key value pairs and implement
new keys. Also will ensure all necessary attach data is captured and
delivered to the softphone and CCON database. Candidate will document
strategy changes, unit test scripts and results, as well as
participate in design reviews.



Skills:

Genesys routing strategy creation utilizing 7.0 suite is required as
is experience maintaining Genesys Call Routing Applications. Expertise
in IRD, CCON, and SQL a must. Proven ability to create technical
design documentation. Proven ability to create and execute unit
testing documentation. Experience implementing Genesys Routing with
Cisco IP Switch preferred but not required.
