Post subject: Can I work in USA on Corp-to-Corp with Canadian Inc?

I am incorporated in Canada. Can I work in USA on 1099 / C2C basis using that Incorporation?
Some of companies are not agreed on its C2C validity in USA. They ask me for W2 or Salary only.
Guidance in details will be helpful.
